2. Privacy

The collection and storage of personal information submitted to PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED is governed by the The Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data and by our Privacy Policy. Whenever you visit the site, or register your details or purchase from the site, you agree to be governed by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy.

3. Ordering

When you place an online order through the site, you will be requested to provide personal and card payment details. As part of the online transaction, we will perform a fraud credit check. By submitting a payment through the site, you are granting permission for us to carry out such checks as required.
Orders on the site are subject to the required stock availability. Items added to your basket on the site will not be reserved for you, and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store at the same time.
When you have placed your order via the site, stock will be reserved for your purchase. However, sales will not be finalised until the order dispatches from the warehouse, and payment is successfully taken.

4. Pricing

All site pricing will be shown in either Euros (EUR) or Danish kroner (DKK). Orders can only be placed in the currency relating to your shipping country, and we are unable to offer alternative currency pricing to any customer.


All Euros (EUR) or Danish kroner (DKK) pricing is shown inclusive of
Danish tax (25%).

Sale pricing adjustments

From time to time, PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED will run discounted pricing on specific items as part of a sale or promotion. Subject to the sentence below, PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED is happy to compensate the difference between the amount paid and the discounted price, if the item was purchased within 14 days of the commencement of the specific discount.
Please note that we are not able to offer any refund if the same item (included colour/material/model) is not in stock on the site at the time of the request, or if the item was originally purchased at a discounted sale price or we have already provided a price match on the order.


PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED is not liable for typos in prices and product descriptions, changes in prices, VAT and other sales tax rates, items that are sold out or have been discontinued or any failure to perform that is due to force majeure.

5. Payment & Order Acceptance

We accept the following payment types on our site:

· Visa Electron
· Mastercard
· Maestro (Euro and Danish kroner only)

Payments for all orders are taken on dispatch of goods, and are subject to fraud checks and checks by the card issuer.
By submitting your order on our site, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make the payment. We reserve the right to refuse payments & orders for customers who are not 18 years of age or older.
We will process your payments securely via our DIBS payments system, and all payment details will be encrypted.
Your payment and order will only be deemed as final when final payment is taken on dispatch of your goods. We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion.

6. Shipping

Free shipping in the EU on purchases above DKK 1.000,-
incl. VAT/EUR 135,- incl. VAT.
On purchases below DKK 1.000,- incl. VAT/EUR 135,-
incl. VAT we will charge either DKK 100,- or EUR 31,-

7. Delivery

We offer delivery to addresses throughout the EU.
Items are delivered within 1-15 business days if the order is in stock.

8. Damaged parcels

The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check the content of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt so we can get the item cost refunded. We are responsible for goods, which have been damaged in transit. We will kindly replace the item or return the cost of the item if no longer in stock.

9. Missing a delivery

Once we hear from you, we will try to track your parcel. If not tracked within 14 days, we will forward a new parcel without cost.

10. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. All returns for orders must be sent back to PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED within 10 days of the refund or exchange request being made. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED webshop team. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can returned within twentyfour (24) months for a replacement or a repair.
Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED online. If you have purchased your item from our showroom, you should return the item directly to the showroom where the item was purchased. For items bought with one of PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED´s retail partners, please contact them directly.

Order cancellations under the Distance Selling Regulations/Consumer Contracts Regulations

For customers purchasing in the EU, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“DSR”) for orders placed before 13 June 2014 and under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (“CCR”) for those placed on or after 13 June 2014, you have the right to cancel your order within a certain time frame. PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED will honour such cancellation provided it is made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your items. Notice must be given in writing by email to:

For all order cancellations through the DSR/CCR, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation request. However, you need to return your item(s) back to us in good time via a secure delivery service, and items must be returned in good condition.

11. Complaints – if the product is defective

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) – 2-year warranty – including the non-conformity rules. This means that you can either have a non-conforming product repaired or exchanged or receive a refund or a reduction in the price depending on the specific situation.
The complaint must obviously be justified, and the non-conformity must not have arisen as a result of the incorrect use of the product or other negligent behavior.

You must contact us within a “reasonable period of time”

You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable period of time” of having discovered that the product is non-conforming.
We suggest that you submit your complaint as quickly as possible, and certainly within two months of discovering any defect.

12. Intellectual property rights

Usage of the PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED site grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts in respect of any matter arising hereunder.
